I believe I have a fungus problem with my lawn

My lawn will get a fuzzy web like growth, then turn brown and die. The grass seems to lay over, get mussy and turn brown. I can roll the grass will pull up like carpet as the root system is damaged. I do not have grubs as I have cut the grass in both good and damaged areas and found no insects. I have used suddue maxx and baylon and neither has helped. After it dies it will start to regrow weeks later. I have pictures on my iphone of the disease in all stages and will be glad to send them. I also have very fine webs in the dirt of the damaged areas. At this point I dont know what to do. I think I just need the right product but dont know what to use, I need your help. Thanks in advance.

Answer:

Please sent pictures of the disease to me at amber@domyownpestcontrol.com and i will forward them on to our disease experts for identification. Once we know what the disease is we can go from there on treatment products and application intervals. Also, please include what state you are in, what kind of lawn you have (ex: fescue, bermuda, etc) and if any other lawn practices are currently being done (ex: daily watering, fertilizers, weed killers, etc).
